The hotel's location was great, situated in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. It made it easy for us to explore and enjoy Verona. the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations and assisting us with any queries we had.

One of the major downsides was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep.

Great central location, within walking distance of all attractions. Clean rooms with good showers. Fast and free internet.

Limited breakfast options, and slow service for coffee refills. Underwhelming reception area and small gym.

I had an amazing stay at this city hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything but on the quiet side, so I didn't have to worry about noise at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, with modern amenities blended seamlessly with the historic structure. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and I especially loved the spaciousness. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the parking facility was very useful and reasonably priced, allowing me to explore the city without any worries.

The only minor issue we experienced was a lack of live entertainment or a snack bar. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exceptional.

Some of the rooms near the restaurant area have not been renovated and may experience issues with noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main shopping street in the historic city center. It is within walking distance of most of the historic sites and even to the opera at The Arena. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of amenities such as a pool table and a relaxing conservatory area.

The reception area is underwhelming with small desks and graffiti on one wall.

Modern lobby, stylish rooms. Corner room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Excellent location near main square. Fabulous breakfast on outdoor patio with fresh fruit, eggs, and prosecco. Shorter stay would have been better.
